We're going the certification route , if we're going to devote 1/2 days we may as well have certification at the end of it. The plan is to organise a 'REC' 1-2 [rescue emergency care] which will take place over 2 days costing approx. 80e.pp. no dates have been set yet as I'm looking for consensus wether to do a Sat.Sun r staggered Sat/Sun's, ideally to be run in the next 4 weeks, excluding the May bank hol. Please register your firm interest ASAP stating preference of timing as we will then go with the majority wishes Bernard

Mark (sparky) is also going ahead. Remember this is a " RESCUE EMERGENCY CARE " course, which everybody should do. We can take up to 12 people which makes it cheaper for everybody

Folks, remember, whether or not you do this this course could literally be a matter of life or death! I'm certainly doing it and I'd like to think that the people I'm paddling with have done it too. So come on, show some interest. This is open to everyone... regardless of ability or level.
